Stock Holding
K & L Ross carry stock in excess of £1.2 million in its central warehouse base in King Street, Aberdeen.
Warehouse Facilities
The 15,000 sq ft. site was carefully selected in 2004 by Martin Ross who recognised the value of warehouse premises in 'the hub' of his customer base. Indeed this was an inspired decision as express deliveries with minimal notification and lead time is 'the name of game' in the North Sea Oil Industry.
Distribution
Delivery vans are designated to selected areas of Aberdeen covering the industrial estates of Bridge of Don in the North, Dyce in the West and Altens / Tullos in the South. Of course being strategically placed to serve these sites enhances our position as 'the company who delivers'.
Client Specific
Client specific stock is held on behalf of contract customers with designated stock levels agreed, monitored and maintained.
Offshore kit assembly is a standard and every day occurrence and these man packs are asssembled for delivery to heliports, offices, hotels or for uplift at our King Street premises, depending on the clients' preference.
A 24 hour call out facility is in operation which includes full back up of management and distribution personnel.
Factory Alterations & Embroidery
Our in house factory alterations facility allows the flexibility of ensuring personnel leaving for operational offshore duties, are wearing garments which are both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.
Our multi headed embroidery machines allow for company identity and personalised names to be added at minimal cost and without affecting anticipated delivery dates.

In short we ensure the correct product is delivered to the correct destination at the correct time.
